The Technical Consultants Team (TCT) reviews the technical progress and guides the activities of each prospective and ongoing project team of RTS, to enable each team –develop new capabilities, overcome its technical hurdle and validate its approach towards solving a problem. The TCT members also identify internal projects that would enhance the technical capabilities of the core team of RuralTech Services. The members of the TCT are from diverse background making technology transfer activities of RuralTech Services robust and sustainable for the end-user.

The members of the TCT include:

Basant Gupta: Basant is an expert on mechanical and aerospace systems who performs hands-on-tasks towards delivering industry specific technologies. With BTech and MTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and vast experience in designing mechanical systems for various industries, Basant provides valuable inputs on the technical viability and long term sustainability of the solutions provided by RTS. Basant is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zeus Numerix Pvt Ltd.

Kashyap Deorah: Kashyap is a young serial entrepreneur who strongly believes in disruptive innovation. His ability to tackle and solve problems using the first principles is useful in dealing with complicated situations faced by entrepreneurs in the rural areas. Kashyap is the Founder and CEO of Chaupaati Bazaar Pvt Lid, a phone commerce company. He holds BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay. Kashyap also holds the distinction to be one of the first few entrepreneurs to start a venture in a campus in India when he founded RightHalf.com in 1999.

Navendu Agarwal: Navendu is an expert on patent research and anlysis who has served several Indian and foreign clients including companies, start-ups, govt. organizations and universities. Navendu's expertise in the intellectual property domain is valuable to RTS for evaluating the patentatibility of a technology, as well as infringement scenario. Navendu holds BTech and MTech in Metallurgy and Material Sciences from IIT Bombay and is the Director of Inrea Research, a patent research and analysis company based out of Mumbai.

Vivek Singh Bagri: Vivek is a successful political consultant who has served more than 200 Indian clients in political domain including political parties, and current and aspiring MPs, and MLAs. Vivek's experience in political consultancy and research combined with his knowledge of engineering enables him to access the viability of rural technologies in different political scenarios. Vivek is the CEO of Leadtech Management Consulting Pvt Ltd and holds BTech and MTech degrees in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
